This web site is based on research developed for the video documentary, Seeds in the City, which tells the remarkable story of how the people of Havana have pulled themselves back from the brink of disaster by growing their own food.

The video is available for purchase in English, French and Spanish.

The Seeds in the Citydocumentary was directed and written by Richard Phinney and edited by Steven Hunt.
